30-Day Return and Refund Policy

At Bailey, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. You may request a return within 30 calendar days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Return eligibility

To qualify for a return:

• The request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

• The product must be unused, unworn and in its original condition.

• All original packaging, accessories, labels and parts must be included.

• Proof of purchase or a valid Bailey order number is required.

Please contact us before returning an item. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

How to request a return

Email info@bailey.com with:

• Your full name

• Order number

• Product name

• Reason for the return

• Photographs or videos if the item is damaged, defective or incorrect

If the return is approved, we will provide the relevant return instructions.

Damaged, defective or incorrect products

Please inspect your order after delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible.

After reviewing the issue, we may offer a replacement, refund or another appropriate solution. Bailey will cover reasonable return costs when the product is confirmed to be damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied.

Change-of-mind returns

For approved change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return-shipping costs. Original shipping fees, expedited-delivery charges, customs duties and taxes are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

We recommend using a tracked return service. Bailey is not responsible for returned packages lost or damaged during transit.

Non-returnable items

Unless required by applicable law, we cannot accept returns for:

• Opened or used personal-care or hygiene products

• Products damaged through misuse or improper handling

• Gift cards

• Downloadable or digital products

• Personalized or custom-made products

• Products marked as final sale

• Items returned without all original parts or accessories

Refunds

We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your return. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 10 business days after approval for the refund to appear. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.

The fastest way to receive another product is to return the original item and place a new order after the return has been approved.
